The Beachland PTA's mission is to make every student's potential a reality. The majority of our money raised comes from sponsorships and our fundraisers- the Read-a-thon and Spring Social. The Read-a-thon will run from Nov.8th-22nd.
 
Where do our funds go? The Beachland PTA aids many of the academic and enrichment activities at Beachland. Our budget consists of a variety of supports, including-

• Teacher and staff appreciation/support, gifts, and activities - $3,700

• Positive Behavioral Interventions and Support Program Incentive Books -$500

• Free Student and Community Engagement Events (Fall Festival, Read-a-thon, Holiday Parade Beachland Float, Earth Day, Field Day, Virtual Programming) - $8,150

• Classroom funding up to $250 per class, used for supplies and materials - $6,000

• Garden club support, mulch, trash removal -$750

• NEW Grants Program whereby students, employees, and parents can submit applications for up to $25,000 to support projects and activities not funded by the district, that will directly enhance and enrich student learning and experiences- $25,000.
